Monday Made it: Behavoir Clip Chart and other things

This is the first time I have join "Monday Made it". This weekend I bought this little thing...
so I was inspired by all of those behavior clip charts I have been seeing on pinterest and other blogs so I created a Jungle Behavior Clip Chart for my Jungle/Safari Themed classroom.

I needed name tags to go along with my theme so I made these little things.
Last week at Wal Mart I found some adorable pencil cups in the school supplies so I found these pencils labels on pinterest to create these pencil cups. I am learning how to add links and am not sure who created these so if they are yours let me know so I can give you credit.

Today for Monday Made It, I have the Jungle Behavior Clip Chart available as a freebie.
Click on the picture to get your freebie.

When I created the chart I did not list them in the correct order. The order should be as follows.
Purple: Outstanding
Pink:  Great Job
Blue: Good Choices
Green: Ready to Learn
Yellow: Slow Down
Orange: Teacher's Choice
Red: Parent Contact

I love to hear from you so if you grab this little old chart please leave me a comment.
 Ha
Now I am off to Lowes to get a organizer to make this cute little item I have been seeing in blogs and on pinterest.

This is my first time to add links to a picture, so if the link doesn't work let me know.

Have a Blessed Day

Rose

My next project is completing one of those toolboxes! I already bought mine, just need to start cutting. Love your chart! I actually have a safari theme too this year.

I love the clip chart. I'm still deciding on classroom theme - owls or jungle/safari. If I choose the jungle/safari, I will definitely use your clip chart. Thanks for sharing! Question - How did you make your name labels shown?
